Army MAPS IDIQ · Small Business scorecard

What would your MAPS self-score be out of 122,500?

Answer the same questions as the Government's scorecard. Your score updates as you go, so you can see where you lose points and whether teaming under an SBTA would raise it.

MAPS self-score questions

How many points is the MAPS small business scorecard out of?

122,500: 13,000 for company systems and certifications, 36,500 for each of up to three qualifying projects.

My MAPS self-score is too low. What can I do?

Company certifications only you can fix. Qualifying project points can come from an SBTA first-tier subcontractor. Teaming closes QP gaps; certifications cannot be borrowed.

Can a subcontractor's past performance count for MAPS?

Yes under an SBTA. Amendment 0011 lets the SBTA prime use first-tier subcontractors' qualifying projects (Section L.2.3.2.5).

What are the MAPS Amendment 11 SBTA requirements?

Every team member needs small business status, an active SECRET facility clearance, CMMC Level 2 (self) and a passing CPARS check. ISO 9001 is required of the prime only. Attachments 0005 and 0006 must be complete.
